General

  • As our Pastoral Transitions Provider, you would be part of new and unique network providers who specifically have a heart to serve Pastors and their Families while they are transitioning from a church role.

    You have an opportunity to use your professional experience and skills, along with your Christian faith and heart for Pastors, to provide mental health, pastoral, or consulting services in a great time of need.

  • No, you do not. In our next steps, we will discuss fees, compensations, and other considerations.

  • No. This application is not to become an employee, but to become a referral source within our unique network of Christian coaches, consultants, and licensed mental health providers for pastors and/or their families.

  • When you receive a new client, you would be engaging in a 6 month term.

    The frequency of your meetings will vary in those 6 months depending on the need of the client.

  • Once you have fulfilled the full scope of service agreed upon through Pastoral Transitions, any extended services are at your discretion.

    The client is at liberty to independently reach out to you, the Provider, directly to arrange additional or ongoing consultations.

  • We work with many different churches and denominations.

  • Yes! We want providers in every state in the United States of America.

  • As we have the need from Pastors and their families, we hope to provide at least one referral and possibly more. It also depends on your availability, which we can discuss further. It will take a few weeks to process your application, but once you are an approved referral provider an approval could happen within days, weeks or months. It also depends on how many Pastors we have in need of services.

  • After you apply our team member will contact you by email and/or phone to guide you through next steps.

for Counseling Providers

  • Yes, 100% confidential. Once the Pastor or family member becomes your client/patient, it is to be treated as a standard licensed counselor and patient relationship and follow all applicable privacy and HIPPA laws, as well as meet all of your state boards licensure laws and ethical requirements.

for Pastoral Coaches

  • We are looking for current or former pastors who have personal experience transitioning from pastoral role and can fully empathize with the challenges that pastors and their families experience during transitions.

    You must have a heart to serve as a spiritual and life coach to pastors journeying through this multi-faceted transition period.

  • Yes. Though you do not need to be in an active pastoral role, we require our Pastoral Coaches to have personal and/or direct experience that involve transitioning of a pastor.

for Career Consultants

  • We require that you have at least one comprehensive, career-focused assessment tool.

    If you are not certified in one, we can assist you to be trained and certified with our preferred TTISI Programs.
