Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for like-minded individuals who understand our WHY and are willing to partner with us to get the word out about our affiliate program. Our ideal partners are church or ministry leaders, connected influencers with churches or ministries, advocates for Pastoral Transitions, those who recognize the symptoms of transition opportunities, and denominational leaders.

How We Help You
As an affiliate partner with Pastoral Transitions, you will be rewarded with both personal and financial gain. In addition to the satisfaction of helping churches and ministries in transition, you will be compensated 10% of the total contract at a minimum of $1,000 of payment received for any connections you make. How does a Pastoral Transition begin?
Churches spend a lot of time being very intentional about how they bring in a new pastor. Unfortunately, we aren’t as good at intentionally bringing that season to a close.
A Pastoral Transition is either initiated by the pastor or the church and at some point, there is a party unaware of the coming change.
