We all need someone who can help us make sense of our lives and work - who can help us see the big picture and keep us from getting lost in the details. That's what a coach does.

Pastoral Transitions pulls from a variety of coaching perspectives to help individuals identify their next steps. We work with each person to create a custom coaching plan that will help them through this time of transition. We have a network of coaches in the following disciplines:

  • We pair you with someone who has been, or still is, in ministry and has experienced a transition of their own and come out the other end with needed wisdom. This coach will help you process your situation, offer support and encouragement, and help you develop a plan for moving forward.

  • Pulling from a network of experienced and Biblically minded certified financial professionals, we help individuals and couples understand their financial situation, develop a budget, and make sound decisions about their finances during this time of transition.

  • Our partnerships with insightful coaching will equip you with the support and skills needed to impact your life. This coaching is helpful for those looking to move into a leadership role, whether in the church or another organization.
